Mumbai: Netcore Cloud, a global leader in agentic marketing technology, has announced three senior appointments to reinforce its international leadership and accelerate the company’s growth in the evolving landscape of Agentic Marketing.
The company has named Vassil Mladjov as Senior Vice President (SVP), Agentic AI and Strategy, Deepthi Nagarajan as Vice President (VP), Marketing, and Sourabh Mahajan as Senior Vice President (SVP), Sales.
Collectively, they bring more than five decades of experience in scaling global SaaS businesses, driving product innovation, and leading go-to-market transformations.

Netcore Cloud Strengthens Focus on Agentic AI Leadership
In his new role as SVP, Agentic AI and Strategy, Vassil Mladjov will spearhead Netcore Cloud’s global AI roadmap, with a focus on advancing one-to-one personalization at scale through Agentic AI.

Marketing and Customer Engagement to Drive Global Expansion
Deepthi Nagarajan, former marketing leader at Freshworks and IBM, has joined Netcore Cloud as VP, Marketing. She will lead global product and customer marketing initiatives across Netcore Cloud and Netcore Unbxd.
With nearly two decades of experience in SaaS and enterprise technology, Nagarajan will focus on strategic brand positioning, customer-centric growth, and global brand transformation.
“With over 6,500 customers already achieving measurable success with our platforms, I’m excited to help Netcore expand its global reach and deepen customer engagement,” said Nagarajan.

Sales Leadership to Accelerate Growth Momentum
Sourabh Mahajan, a veteran of MoEngage, AppsFlyer, and InMobi, joins Netcore Cloud as SVP, Sales. With nearly two decades in AdTech and MarTech, Mahajan has a proven record of scaling companies from early-stage growth to market leadership.
